Will Mancini on vision and execution

Will Mancini is not only a friend but one of the most respected leaders in the church space. I’m grateful he takes my calls and am excited about new opportunities for us to collaborate and work together. He’s even been helping the leadership team at Church Community Builder become clearer and more specific about who we are and where we are headed. His process will exhaust you, but it’s so worth it. Vision without value means nothing!

Vision is a word that I hear more in churches than in any other organizational setting. In my marketplace experience, only the executives talked about vision. When I worked with para-churches and nonprofits, it was the mainly the Board and the President. But church leaders in all areas of the local church talk about vision as if it is the ONLY thing that matters.

I disagree. (Surprised?)
